Returns & Refunds

Each piece is made to order or printed in small batches, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, and all apparel and made-to-order items are final sale. Please check sizing before ordering (our tees run oversized, so consider sizing down for a regular fit).

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Email justin@coffeeshopsnewyork.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
